How reliable is SellFoN?

Our servers are located in a secured facility that is monitored 24 hours a day. The servers are housed in a climate controlled environment with a state of the art fire suppression system designed to protect sensitive equipment. SellFoN also works tirelessly to make sure your data is protected, and that, on the rare occasion that there is a technical problem, it is attended to instantly.

Softmarkit takes many measures to ensure that SellFoN continues with little to no interruption. For instance, the system operates on an interruptible power supply so that in times of power outages the servers run on battery back up. We also use several underlying data carriers so that if there are problems with one, service will continue without interruption. All servers have redundant systems in place so that if there is a problem with one, the redundant system can be used to continue uninterrupted service. These are just a few of the measures we take to ensure the quality and reliability of our service.
