What is SellFoN?  [ Link ]
SellFoN, developed by Softmarkit, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (Softmarkit), is the most complete and technologically advanced lead generation system in the industry. SellFoN will assign you a unique toll free number. When a caller dials the toll free number, he or she is greeted with an inviting message and is offered to remain on the line to continue in English or press 2 for Spanish. Once the caller selects the language, the appropriate language will prompt the caller to enter an extension or code. When the caller enters the code provided by your advertisement, i.e. the house sign rider or the classified ad in the newspaper, the system will play the corresponding audio description. While the caller is listening to the information provided in the recordings, the system will immediately provide a text message and/or email notifying you of the caller's name, phone number, the property he or she is calling about, and the media source that generated the call. When the caller is done listening to the information, he or she will be granted several options: 1. the caller may listen to the information again; 2. the caller may enter another extension; 3. the caller may be connected directly with an agent; 4. the caller may receive a fax with more information regarding the subject of their call; or 5. the caller may leave a voicemail.

When the call is complete you have learned valuable information. First, you captured contact information about prospective customers. Secondly, by the callers' selections, you learned about the quality of the lead. For instance, if your caller hears information about a property, such as bedrooms, square feet and purchase price, and the caller decides to be connected to an agent, you know that caller is a hot lead. Just by the caller dialing the number, at the very least, that caller is one that is interested in properties in that neighborhood. You will also learn the effectiveness of the particular advertisement that is generating the calls. SellFoN provides comprehensive reports constantly informing you of your toll free number's call history, so that you can determine what source of advertisement is the most effective.

How long does it take to assign a toll free number and setup an account?  [ Link ]
As soon as you complete our registration, you will immediately be assigned a toll free number and your account will be ready to begin setting up your listings and recordings.
Can I use my existing toll free number with SellFoN?  [ Link ]
Yes. A simple process can redirect your toll free number to function with our system. All you need is to fill out a porting RespOrg form, which we will provide upon request, and we will take care of the rest. This process normally takes 10-14 days. In the meantime, we will give you a temporary number where you can test your listings and recordings. When the desired number is transferred, SellFoN will configure all of your settings to the new number.
Can SellFoN identify blocked phone numbers?  [ Link ]
Yes. SellFoN subscribes to a special Automated Number Identification (ANI) system that provides callers' information. These systems only work with toll free numbers, and are completely legal.
Can the toll-free number be used nationwide?  [ Link ]
Yes, and the free minutes and phone rates do not change. Our users enjoy using their toll free numbers nationwide because they get to promote their properties across the nation to attract out of town investors to the local market. It also gives them the appearance of being a large company, no matter the true size of their operation.
How reliable is SellFoN?  [ Link ]
Our servers are located in a secured facility that is monitored 24 hours a day. The servers are housed in a climate controlled environment with a state of the art fire suppression system designed to protect sensitive equipment. SellFoN also works tirelessly to make sure your data is protected, and that, on the rare occasion that there is a technical problem, it is attended to instantly.

Softmarkit takes many measures to ensure that SellFoN continues with little to no interruption. For instance, the system operates on an interruptible power supply so that in times of power outages the servers run on battery back up. We also use several underlying data carriers so that if there are problems with one, service will continue without interruption. All servers have redundant systems in place so that if there is a problem with one, the redundant system can be used to continue uninterrupted service. These are just a few of the measures we take to ensure the quality and reliability of our service. Does SellFoN provide sign riders?  [ Link ]
Yes. Softmarkit partnered with a reliable and reputable company that provides top quality signs within a reasonable time and at affordable pricing. The turn around time is usually 5-7 business days. You are not required to order signs through our service. We welcome you to copy our design and have any sign company reproduce these signs or use your own design.
Are there special equipment requirements to utilize SellFoN?  [ Link ]
As long as you have internet access, you can use SellFoN. You don't even need a phone.
How many extensions does the toll free number provide?  [ Link ]
Each SellFoN account comes with 900 unique extensions in which you may record a description of a listing, provide an informative consumer tip, or record any valuable and compelling information. Each extension may have up to 10 mirrored extensions for tracking purposes. For example, you may set up a listing description for extension 345 for a home on Canyon Street. The system automatically creates extensions 3450 thru 3459 to be assigned for external media sources of marketing. For instance, if the caller dials extension 3455, then you will know that the caller is dialing about the property at Canyon Street from the newspaper ad. Therefore, to the caller, you actually provide 9000 possible extensions. The mirrored extensions are only a means for tracking your advertising dollars. These are not unique extensions where you can create separate recordings.
Is it difficult to setup a listing or a recording?  [ Link ]
SellFoN provides a 5 step wizard that makes the process swift and effortless. In just 3-4 minutes, you can create a listing complete with recordings to compel and inform your callers, a PDF flyer ready for faxing, and an HTML flyer ready for your email campaigns. SellFoN is not only the most complete marketing system in the industry, but it is truly the most user-friendly.
Do I have to do my own recordings?  [ Link ]
No. SellFoN provides 3 ways to set your recordings. 1. Text to Speech. Once you enter your listing information, SellFoN automatically creates a text description in English and Spanish that will be read with our powerful text to speech engine. You do not have to record anything. However, you do have the ability to modify the text description as desired. 2. Call Me Feature. If you rather a personal recording, SellFoN's Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) will call you and prompt you so that you may create the recordings with your own voice. 3. Upload Files. You can also have professional recordings uploaded to the SellFoN system.
Do you offer customer support for SellFoN?  [ Link ]

With this in mind, our technicians work around the clock making certain that you do not experience any downtime due to tech support issues or unanswered questions. We also provide innovative marketing ideas and techniques so that you use SellFoN to its maximum capacity.
What about laws, rules and regulations that may affect the use of SellFoN?  [ Link ]
As previously mentioned, SellFoN is the most complete system in the industry. Softmarkit invested significant amount of time and effort in researching all applicable laws, rules and regulations so that we may educate you on how to properly use the system without violation. Does SellFoN include toll free minutes with their monthly service fee?  [ Link ]
Yes. For Single User and Team accounts, SellFoN provides up to 200 free minutes every month. For the Broker accounts, SellFoN provides the main account up to 200 free minutes each month and each additional account will have up to 100 minutes per month. What are the phone rates beyond the free minutes?  [ Link ]
If you exceed the initial free minutes during any given month, the phone rates are at a flat 7.5¢ per minute. Some callers to the toll-free line may generate multiple billable requests concurrently during the same call, such as an inbound caller who may play your pre-recorded voice information, requests faxed information, or requests call forwarding using Softmarkit's direct connection feature. Some calls may result in a simultaneous inbound call charge along with an outbound charge. However, the average call usually does not exceed 1 minute.
Does SellFoN require contractual agreements?  [ Link ]
No contracts or commitments required. SellFoN's subscriptions are month to month and may be cancelled at any time without a cancellation or termination fee. This is the SellFoN's way of expressing our commitment to you and our assurance that you will be satisfied with the results.
What is the difference among the accounts?  [ Link ]
A Single User Account is our most economical account, but it allows only one user and one additional contact. The Team Account is for agents who prefer to work with other agents and real estate professionals. The Team Account provides one main account with one toll free number and allows up to 10 additional users to have accounts using the same toll free number. The Broker Account is more for brokers and their agents. The Broker Account provides one main account with one toll free number, and two additional accounts with their own respective toll free numbers. Do you offer credit for customer referrals?  [ Link ]
Yes. Our current customers receive a one-month credit on their monthly service for every new customer they refer.
